3. There really is no such list. You can go to many online stores that sell cards and see what is more expensive. The most powerfull card printed is Black Lotus. This usually runs anywhere between $1,000 and $10,000 depending on the condition and whether it is form Alpha, Beta or Unlimited. However somthing you should take into consideration is Formats. Each format has a different card pool of cards in which you can use. For example Black Lotus is only legal in Vintage Tournaments, and you can only have one copy in your deck. The Formats are Vintage, Legacy, Extended, Standard and Block. Each are in order of the size of card pool, with the largest first. The most popular in general is standard. This makes Black Lotus less powerfull as it is not legal in 95% of the tournaments held in a year.While many cards are powerfull on their own, each has to work well with other cards in a deck. In short there is not one single most powerfull card in Magic: The Gathering. That is what truly makes it a great game.
