Red / Blue Magic the Gathering Deck?

I have a red burn deck, and ive got a draw blue deck. Is it possible I can make a combo deck outta those two decks? Ive got an unlimted supply of other cards though, please help. ( List the type of deck. EX. Mill , etc. / The card count / Card list. Type 2 only please (:

1. Well, I was a big fan of the old counter/burn deck when it was first made 10 years ago, but most of those cards are no longer playable in standard right now. So, I did a deck search on tgcplayer.com, which is a great source for deck lists. I found this one, called Swans: Swans Dominik Wieser 2009 National Qualifier - Graz, Austria Type II Place-3-4th Main Deck: 4 Jace Beleren 3 Plumeveil 3 Swans of Bryn Argoll 3 Broken Ambitions 4 Cryptic Command 2 Incinerate 2 Negate 4 Pyroclasm 2 Remove Soul 2 Seismic Assault 2 Tidings 3 Volcanic Fallout 4 Cascade Bluffs 4 Crumbling Necropolis 1 Ghitu Encampment 5 Island 1 Mountain 3 Mutavault 4 Reflecting Pool 4 Shivan Reef Sideboard: 2 Glen Elendra Archmage 2 Negate 1 Pithing Needle 1 Plumeveil 3 Sower of Temptation 1 Swerve 2 Vendilion Clique 1 Volcanic Fallout 2 Wild Ricochet Looks like a control deck, with counters and Plumeveils to thwart your opponents early attacks. Pyroclams, Seismic Assault and Swans are your draw engines and win conditions. This deck is all U/R, but it does have black in one of the main lands.
